Chocolate Mousse
- 0.5L Thickend CreamÂ
- 1 tsp Instant CoffeeÂ
- 5 Tbs Instant CocoaÂ
- 1-2 Tbs Cognac
- Icing Sugar to taste
- 1 Whipped Cream Charger
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into the canister. Insert 1 whipped cream charger and shake. Serve chilled and keep in the refrigerator.
Old Fashioned Caramel Whipped Cream
- 0.5L Thickend Cream
- 2 drops Vanilla
- 3 Tbs Karo, Blue or Orange Label
- 1 Whipped Cream Charger
- The Karo keeps the cream from separating.
*Coloured Whipped Cream
A bit of food color drops may be added to make whipped cream green, blue, or red!
Light Whipped Cream Topping for Coffee
This is a low fat coffee topping that is light, airy and flavorful!
- 0.5L whole milk
- 2 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients into a 0.5L whipped cream dispenser. Give it a few shakes and charge with 1 nitrous oxide whipped cream charger. Shake again and serve.
Vanilla Yogurt Cream
This low fat soft-serve yogurt is as delicious as it is healthy!
- 1/2 cup nonfat, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
- 1 Tbsp icing sugar
Combine all ingredients into a 0.5L whipped cream dispenser. Give it a few shakes and charge with 1 nitrous oxide whipped cream charger. Shake again and serve. This recipe can be doubled.
