Ingredients for Mascarpone Whipped Cream
- 0.5L thickened cream
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp whiskey (optional)
Preparations for Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Add thickened cream and mascarpone cheese to a mixing bowl. mix ingredients together until mascarpone is less of a solid. Put into 0.5L whipped cream dispenser. Add 2 tbsp of icing sugar and 1 tbsp of whiskey. Charge with 1 whipped cream charger, shake and serve.
