First, you start with a basic whipped cream recipe and then add your favourite liqueur.

Basic Whipped Cream Recipe

  • 0.5L regular whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs powdered sugar
  • Now let’s add some alcohol!

To flavour your Alcohol Infused Whipped Cream with your favourite liqueur, add 2 tablespoons to the mixture before adding a N2O cartridge. Some of our favourites include
