Brownies chocolate pecan recipe
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the butter and black chocolate into pieces in the microwave for 1.5 m. Mix well to achieve a smooth and shiny cream. Leave warm
3. Cut white chocolate into pieces. Quickly fry the pecan nuts on a bright fire, just to warm them, their taste will be better. Then crush them into large pieces.
4. Using a robot, whisk the sugar with eggs and yolks for 2 or 3 minutes. Add Vanilla Extract The mixture must grow in volume and become foamy.
5. Add flour in 3 times. Mix well every time using a Maryse to incorporate flour.
6. Add white chocolate nuggets and nuts to the dough.
7. Finally add the melted chocolate and then mix.
8. Butter and flour your mould, pour dough into and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
9. Allow to cool before releasing the mould.
For a large 28 x 22 cm mould:
- 325g of black chocolate to pastry.
- 125 g of half-salt butter.
- 3 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 240 g of brown sugar.
- 1/2 cc vanilla extract.
- 140 g of flour.
- 50 g of white chocolate.
- 50g of pecan nut (or others)
