Quick and easy in just 25 minutes!
- Squeeze and retrieve the juice of one lemon.
- Zest the lime.
- Pour the heavy cream in our Expert bowl and by using a mixing machine beat it until it’s thick.
- Add the salt, lemon juice, lime zest and continue beating the chantilly, until the ingreadients are well incorporated.
- Put the chantilly cream in the fridge until it’s cooled down.
