3 Essential Peeling functions in 1:
Straight Edged Peeler – Makes light work of firm vegetables and fruits such at carrot, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, even tough skinned butternut squash. This blade cuts with amazing smoothness and peels paper thin strips for minimise waste.
Micro Serrated Peeler – For soft, delicate fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, pears, kiwi fruit, peaches, even grapes. You’ll be amazed at the variety of fruit and veg you can tackle with this peeling blade!
Julienne Peeler/Slicer – To cut 2mm diameter fine strands of vegetables, perfect for salads, coleslaws and stir frys. Works great with carrot, courgette, celery, cabbage. Also great for creating strands of zest from citrus fruits for attractive garnishes on cakes and cocktails.
To change the peeling function: Simply Use the white spindles either side of the blade area to rotate the head unit forwards until your chosen peeler blade clicks into the correct position. Your peeler is ready to go.
